I only ate ice for like a week, went from 115 to 107.
I don’t eat anything the last week either, 7-8L of water on a Monday-Tuesday and then dehydration

Sometimes I take small pieces of dark chocolate for breakfast to have some energy for the rest of the day

I go in between training sessions, 10-20 minutes, then back to work
Don't eat too much its simple but what helped me alot is 25k steps a day
It's specific though sometimes my job required it and I even set myself up to do that type stuff so I can walk more

Just 1 hour of rolling in the gym makes my rashguard soaking wet, more than when I’m running actually

2 weeks is more than enough time I used to cut 11lbs in 3 days. granted i was a teenager, idk how easy that would be for me now, but it's absolutely doable.

Drink a lot of salt on the water load. I used to drink 1-2 gallons maybe a week out and cut the water a day or 2 before weigh ins but I’d load a lot of salt in my meals. Cut carbs and fiber and you’ll be good. 15 pounds ain’t too bad but you might have to suffer toward the end. I know some dudes who’ve don’t the bath s*** but honestly for 15 pounds i doubt you gotta go that far. There’s some ointment you can use and it gets you sweating pretty heavy too i used to put a sauna suit on with it and hit the bag or go for a walk on the treadmill.

if your water gets hot enough/bathroom is small enough you can blast your shower on max heat to steam it up and get the sweat going while you wear it as well. im not sure how helpful thatd be, i used to do it in the locker room so it worked pretty well bc there were a ton of showers but it might be better than nothing if youre at home. stationary bike in front of the tv as well instead of laying on the couch. its been years since ive had to so im having a hard time remembering but ill post itt if i remember any more. i remember only eating fruit and cucumbers 2 days before weigh ins, and then not eating or drinking anything the day before. obviously doing cardio while youre starving is f***ing awful but if you can find someone to light roll with it makes it less boring and is honestly probably way more effective anyway. also i wouldnt listen to anyone here saying to lift weights. its true that youll lose weight but not in the way that you want to while cutting, thats just a shortcut to getting injured in my experience. youre also gonna have a hell of a time recovering from it as well while dehydrated and not eating
also i would routinely forget to bring food for after weigh ins so dont forget lmao.

Heard wine helps with dehydration but I don’t drink
Work out alot.
Count your calories. Eating less is literally the best way lol.
Eliminate processed foods. Completely eliminating is hard because of how our systems are but basically cooking all your meals will do it.
Cardio workouts. You lose the most weight through your breath believe it or not.
