Work out alot.
Count your calories. Eating less is literally the best way lol.
Eliminate processed foods. Completely eliminating is hard because of how our systems are but basically cooking all your meals will do it.
Cardio workouts. You lose the most weight through your breath believe it or not.
I totally eliminated salt and sugar from my diet, but this week is the hardest one because I can’t practically burn any more fat it’s the sauna time

Already working on it, any ex d1 wrestlers who’ve got any tips on how to cut weight faster with few resources? I’m looking to pack at least 95% of my OG weight after the weigh in, need to chug 7L of water couple days before but that’s light work, dehydration is light work for me
Any other tips?

any alch helps with dehydration but s*** good to try once or twice in the first week more than that it will f*** up your performance
