I say Beefheart ain’t a genius and I get 2 replies saying “but his band rehearsed!!!” Low bar for genius. Let It Be ain’t my favorite album but the great songs obviously is a lot better than ironic meme music. You might as well listen to Cal Chuchesta
I'm not big fan of TMR but Safe As Milk s***s on half of the Beatles albums and is good enough to give them the benefit of the doubt that TMR has something interesting going on
and Lick My Decals Off is a better version of TMR I think
