    yes have been diagnosed with anxiety and depression in the past. also think i have undiagnosed adhd which all affect each other

    gotta love mental health cocktails

    I find that as I grow older, a lot of things are becoming much more indifferent. As someone who struggled with it since I was like 8-9, it's a very liberating feeling to know some s*** don't have the same control over you

    3 years ago tho I was completely overwhelmed by it, panic attacks are woat. It did made me more resilient to stressful situations, also reading into Stoicism and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy gave me a lot of perspective which I've been trying to practice ever since

    Yeah

    If I ever commit suicide it’s because I never got a good grip on my anxiety but I’m giving myself a bit of time to work through it
