I’m not talking prescription based like modafinil or adderall but things that you can get over the counter like at Whole Foods or CVS. Since last summer I have taken the Alpha Brain nootropic supplement but now I’m think of just switching to plain Lion’s Mane.
I wouldn’t spend a dime on it.
Good sleep and exercise are better for memory and your ability to focus than any pill.
Other than ashwagandha? No.
Other than that and phenibut (STAY AWAY from phenibut. Can’t stress this enough. It works but not worth the habit forming or withdrawal, can get seizures if serious enough) don’t really see much results
Wouldn’t recommend spending your money on nootropics.

What benefits have you noticed with ashwagandha? Keep seeing praise for it everywhere, but I don't notice anything But I also don't take it consistently everyday

Some people swear by it. I get a calming effect from it and also better sleep but have to take a pretty high dosage to even get to that point. No withdrawals or side effects from what I noticed though so there’s that
If you’re looking for better sleep take zma (no side effects, also great if you’re working out) or melatonin

I'm looking for something to help me deal with stress and anxiety, especially in social situations. Think I also need to up the dosage and take about 2000mg a day. But I've also heard taking too much is dangerous and makes you not give a f*** about anything

I think it depends on the person. Genetics have a roll in this, whenever I use it I get an effect.

I feel like a multivitamin, vitamin d, vitamin c, and omega 3s are all you really need.
But depending on your goals you could for sure have a more specialized stack.

For what? How bad, can it be one of the great pleasures in life. You smoking those juuls or bullshit puff bars? Those things are expensive. If you're serious just minimize your nicotine percentage until you eventually get to zero to minimize withdrawal symptoms. But f*** that I like smoking.
