Productivity: the best thing for me is just the caffeine from a big green tea + smoking CBD flower together. next level.
Anxiety: NAC is great, so is Reishi
Depression: Rhodiola is great for mood and energy, you build a tolerance but it made me so happy
Other than ashwagandha? No.
Other than that and phenibut (STAY AWAY from phenibut. Can’t stress this enough. It works but not worth the habit forming or withdrawal, can get seizures if serious enough) don’t really see much results
Wouldn’t recommend spending your money on nootropics.
just dont do phenibut daily and youll be fine, youd have to take huge doses for like a week to get any physical withdrawal symptoms
