yeah a library file will have all the metadata for your song library (song plays, ratings, playlists) but you still need your folder with all the music files in the right place for them to play

i would suggest to wait just because the event is apparently happening next month

but if you buy a 2020 macbook now, i'm pretty sure they would let you swap for a new one free if you bought it close enough

I have the 11 pro & can upgrade, but can’t decide if I should get the 12 pro or wait for the pro max. The better camera would be nice, but not sure how I’d feel with the pro max size 🤔

I have stuck with AM since day 1. tbh its happened less often than before though - usually what I do to fix is on my MacBook iTunes, I select all of the songs, change the album artist info to something random like 'aaaaaaaa' then change it back to the correct name. and that does the trick.
