Jul 10, 2020·1 replyyall i f***in spilled a bit of water on my mbp mid 2015 15" a few days ago. that s*** didnt power off or anything. only the the keyboard got hit a lil bit of the speaker grill. had that s*** upside down and drying for like 48 hours. been working as if nothing ever happened but i ordered a pentalobe screwdriver to make sure no corrosion goin on. got lucky

Spilled an entire cup of coffee on my 13” MBP maybe 3 years ago.
Turned that s*** upside down within 1 second, let it dry, & it works great to this day!
Keyboard backlight is a little stained from the coffee though, it’s looks dull in the spill spot

Are you in a rush to get it? If not i would wait for the 13’ macbook with ARM, might be cheaper also

Check the Music.app settings, there's an option to turn it off so maybe it just did that. Also check the note below it, if your phone was low battery it may have automatically turned off lol.

Yeah i tried switching from on to off to wifi only and full battery but still no luck
