the rumor is the new refresh will have a screen with miniled backlighting movies and stuff would look incredible the contrast ratio will be next level compared to the ones out rn
Really interested to see what those will be like but I don’t think they’ll be coming this year. Everyone seems to be excited about the upcoming ARM-based laptops too but they’re gonna have to take a generation or two to really find their footing
using the 2019 13” pro. Hoping the ARM models won’t make my laptop unsupported in a couple of years
Likely the other way around. ARM will make its entry in a lower-end macbook like the Air at first, developers need more time to catch up and make their software compatible, a lot of stuff won’t initially be supported for the ARM computers

yeah the rumors for a mini led backlit Macbook Pro 16 and iPad Pro have been pointing to very late this year or early next year
I imagine they'll do ARM in the Air first and yeah the Pros won't have ARM for a while, too many Apps are written in x86-64
Its going down yall

Sooner than expected ?
A new IPad Air with MiniLED is rumored, wouldn’t it make more sense to first implement this technology in the flagship Pro model?

you’d think but maybe they’ll update the design of the air, it’s pretty outdated for the price imo
thinking about upgrading my 2013 Macbook Air to the 2020 Macbook Air or "13 Macbook pro - what do y'all think?

i like the macbook air, but this gen doesnt seem like a good deal because of the heating issues
I've heard that just playing youtube videos makes it get hot and makes the fan spin up
as for the 13 inch Pro, it's pretty good and there's no better time to buy than right now, even though I think the touch bar is stupid

Alright guys these are my predictions that I can make an educated guess on based on everything I've read
iOS + iPad OS 14
Mac OS 10.16
The ARM Announcement
The New iMac
My wish list:
instead of an imac i might cop a macbook pro next year, already made a pc and i need to upgrade my 2018 air at some point
Okay guys the links for the stream are up on the 1st page
And now, a new leak from the reputable source Ming Chi-Kuo:
Kuo confirms that an all-new design iMac is launching imminently, and it will apparently be Apple’s last new Mac featuring an Intel CPU. Starting in Q4 2020 / Q1 2021, Apple will begin its ARM transition with the release of the 13.3-inch MacBook Pro running on Apple silicon, according to Kuo. The updated iMac — featuring a 24-inch display with thinner bezels — is scheduled to switch to ARM at a similar time.
Kuo expects the Mac models will offer performance improvements of 50-100% over their Intel predecessors. The transition timeline proposed by Kuo is aggressive, and faster than some other reports.
Its official
What do you guys want to see for iOS 14?
Up top where it show clock
For it to show app icon from which app u had the notification from
Say instagram, reddit, YouTube or what have u
So u don't have to swipe down to see if someone texted u
Or is that already resolved?
