I’d say. Its expensive but like anything, if you take care of your garments they can last for decades.

That said you can definitely get the same effectiveness for cheaper from other brands, buying second hand is also a good option

Could be, they kinda vary. A Zeta SL is cheap but it might not be the best option for severe winter/rain, but its nice as an emergency shell to throw on whenever it starts raining & you're already on the go. They're not that breathable & or meant to be worn as a daily jacket, but still decent.

A Beta LT is a couple hundred $ more but its pretty good overall. You can wear it in colder temps & rain with layering & also in spring/summer without much need for layers, plus they have pit zips which is nice too
