I been thinking a lot lately about what makes someone a true leader. And truth of the matter is, not everyone can be Huncho. So, that begs the question are leader born or can they be bred? I used to think being a manager meant you were qualified to lead, but that's not always the case.

I think I have it in me to become one but I tend not to enjoy having power and responsibility over others.
