So asking those close to us what they would say about us is a better way to judge yourself

You can't call yourself a leader, that's what other people determine for you. Also, given the right circumstances anybody can be a leader. People aren't just one dimension like a cartoon or sumthn.

A nerd might not be the leader in the group when it comes to PE but when it's time to do computer s*** he becomes the leader and honestly irl sometimes it don't even work like that.
