beat this yesterday. had a ton of fun, and i’ll def be replaying to fight the bosses i missed on this path
the gameplay loop is just so entertaining, i can’t imagine getting tired of it
Been in party mode lately so I havent gotten to play as much as I've wanted but I'm gonna chill out this week and rip through this
I killed the spider boss last time I played
NG+ iirc is especially important if you want to keep up with the online PVP meta

No From game ever gets played only once

Faxx
This one has more in its NG+ tho similar to DS2
Weapons, generators, missions & dont quote me on this last part but I think theres a few new optional bosses as well
But weapons/items (and missions) I know for sure, and why its imlortant for PVP meta
Beat NG++ and got the True Ending, incredible game and I'm really hoping FromSoft puts out more AC games in the future

Fires of raven still my favorite ending
ayre says combat mode engaged with all those other coral possessed AC’s rising up is ominous af
Man some of the hidden weapons and notes are hidden so crazy and in places you wouldnt even think you could go that is out the way
🚨 🤖 I havent looked anything up but in my own theory while being in NG+ is that I feel like the real story of the 🤖 🚨
I like how Rusty seems to be the "real" protagonist too while we're "just" a guy doing our own thing without the bonds and attachment to the bigger s*** going on as much.
Its rare in any game where you feel like there is a character "bigger" than you out there or a character that is actually legitimately having its own story and gigantic journey that is comparable & important to yours & not just popping up randomly or standing around.
Ive always wanted more games to do that or have element of that.
Games where your still important to a degree & matter but you arent the entire center or attention of everything.
Also why is there not an optiom or at least an OS upgrade to allow us to dual weild melee weapons smh FS we need a DLC update or sumn to where I can have in my mains a Pile Bunker in one hand & a Laser Dagger in the other at the same
I shouldnt be stuck with melee in my left hand only when we can dual every other weapon type
That will def be mod I download whenever it happens
Its weird too cuz i think in the ps3 era ACs there are ACs that do dual weild melee iirc

@ me when you finish NG++
Just started NG++ yes it it needed for all weapons/gears, boss fights, missons and endings. Its the final major NG with changes. I lately did the rubicon mining base mission and its really different and I think my theory of the overall story itt is correct
Here are my builds I been wanting to share Ive been using that all started in my first playthrough & what theyre upgraded to now so far:
So much fun bro. Made the builds and everything myself and my own blind knowledge too. Taking so much time tinkering with your mechs is half the fun of the game frfr
Also - Ibis Series CEL 240 along with Balteus are an overall in general top tier FS boss btw any of their games from Demons to now

I just started NG++ yesterday finished up to the Rubicon Mining Rig mission and yeah I think my theory is coming more to frution, will def hit u up after fully done
Game is so good bro we won - and the game is actually "more AC" than I thought it would be. There is some Souls elements there but not as much or overwhelming
Gameplay is so amazing & the movement I think is the best in any game ever. It feel so good, fluid & crazy. Its simply just fun to JUST move. My only complaint is that I wish levels were bigger or more seamless than they are - and a minor wish is that i wish the levels were longer than the classic AC games of bite sized missions. It does open more in the late missions but not as much as I would like, hope that is something they loosen the leash on in AC7 and the one element of Souls that takes root the most.
I think the way Sekiro is structured (with how it allows for backtracking and redoing
old areas but in different & transfromitive ways while all still being interconnected and based around the hub) specifically would work dope for AC.
But yeah s***s amazing & im playing on PS4 no less. Stable locked frames, glitchless, lagless & just dope overall. FS got some black magic going on with AC6 & Elden Ring
Balteus or Airship?
For Balteus use a Pulse Gun on his bubble shield to disable it easily & quickly.
For Airship use your sword to majorly inflict stagger damage to its ACS bar so you can break it to do vulnerable damage. The sword is also great for major damage in the vulnerable state as well on most bosses in the game including these two.
Thats how I beat them in my first playthrough. I defeated the Airship on 2nd or 3rd try & I also beaten Balteus on my 7th try.
The Pulse Gun is basically given to you for Balteus - if you read it, it says it cancels out Pulse Shield tech (which is what Bal uses) & its given to you right before the fight (gear and/or build switching is great in this game & helps a lot). It melts his shield. Use at least one. Then sword him & explosive damage when his stagger is broken and goes to a vulnerable state. Those are just general good damage gear in that state for a good amount of bosses and ACs.
The last bit is same logic with Sword against Airship.

Yeah there’s definitely room for improvement but I’m thinking of this as basically their “dark souls 1” of new AC games. Can’t wait to see how they expand on this s*** in the coming years, imagine the scale of improvements they did going from DS1 to ER, they gonna do the same s*** with AC6 to AC8 or whatever or maybe they end up doing a whole new mecha franchise
But yeah the NG++ story is wild
The movement is exactly what I imagine code geass mecha move like this s*** hits for me that’s my favorite anime
