I want to know which label execs decided to pump money and bots into Charli XCX's failing career and why
Because shes always made good music so they probably realised it was a worthwhile investment?
All the other artists with a s***ton of money and bots behind them couldnt create something w the staying power of brat
I’m thinking of names so that I can post, but I’m getting all nostalgic
Like who would this apply to?
Angel Haze, Snow Tha Product, Nitty Scott MC. A lot of “up next” women who got easily outshined by Megan, Cardi etc..
Anyone remember Laws?
Princess Nokia
Casey Veggies once opened up for Travis Scott. Guy was seriously unstoppable at one point. @chloehotline
Memes aside CV fumbled when he didn't drop an album for like 4 years. He took too long after dropping Love & Grow for a new project and then also the fallout he had with Anwar Carrots really made him look like a POS that it turned people heavily off.
I always thought highly of CV but after Live and Grow something just... changed about his output, music everything. Casey falling out with his team around time made it worse
Fam-Lay (one of my fave rappers) like imagine if he didn't get lost in the labels. Pharrell lame for not pushing for him more.

Should've never happened. He could've easily been considered one of the top rappers of the West Coast now if he just stuck with his work ethic.
