Was low-key wondering this too, but decided to pass, based off the setting as it looks boring. Lol yeah the setting is like the main thing that draws me to AC these days. But hey doesn't mean the game won't be good for you. Maybe if it goes on sale you can grab it

very boring parkour sucks but the combat isn’t the worst and the stealth killing is actually fun

That’s what it did better. Also, Ubisoft caught up a bit, but they’re still behind. GoT is still lapping this, the gap just got a bit smaller

Haven’t played any game since Origins when Ubisoft decided the franchise needed RPG elements. After playing Witcher 3 I can see why they did and I’m warming up to it now. While the difference in quality couldn’t be more obvious, I’ve been waiting for the franchise to take place in Japan — so I might just give it a chance.
