Bro no offense but you really shouldn't be doing all this if you're serious about releasing your music. Every big name master engineer I've read or watched an interview from wants the master bus with as little processing as possible so they have room to work. However, if you don't have the money for a mastering engineer (or even a mastering service like Aria) you can do all that, just be super careful to make sure you don't f*** up the dynamic range with too much gain reduction or introduce unwanted pumping/distortion. If you don't know what you're doing, you'll do more harm than good with more plugins.
fam thanks a lot but i'm good. i'm aware of when my mix clips.. this is just s*** that i work on sometimes. the song probably isn't going on the internet, let alone to an engineer. really thanks though
Hold up is this man putting s*** on his master in his mix down
Thought it went mix -> bounce to single audio file -> master that s***
? putting things on the master bus is the point of mastering things fellas. its a lot more than one way to do these things. me bouncing these clips before sending them to the master wouldn't change anything
I do everything within the same project, my template is kind of premixed in a way and I do any additional mixing while I’m writing, then once I’m done with the arrangement and the mix I put Ozone on the stereo out and then I’m done.

Yea dw about that part; only reason I bounce before master processing is for CPU purposes but it doesn't make a difference in terms of the impact that processing has on the track
Looking for someone to help me mix and master my music and show me how they went through the whole process (willing to pay)

Anyone know of any good choir VST's or sample packs?
What kind of choir sound do you want? Big and epic? Like Star Wars? Or soft and ambient? Like Skyrim?

Either one should work fine

For epic I‘d go with Lacrimosa by 8dio or Oceania by Performance Samples. For soft I’d go with Requiem by 8dio or Eric Whitacre by Spitfire Audio.
The f*** is that flute sound playing in the background of "Alien"? (Yandhi)
Someone can help me out?
Did they actually record a flute?

Pretty much any good flute sample can do that, get Nucleus by Audio Imperia

Thanks very much for the reply.
I'll take a look at it.

A solo flute with some delay and black hole reverb is one of the best sounds ever, try it out

Stock alchemy presets are great if you're using logic

Alchemy has some crazy sounds, thats how i beat that one choral trap beat. Really underrated

yeah it's brilliant, tweak the presets a bit for pads and bounce them out + resample

Load your own samples in alchemy and tweak them as well. The layout kinda sucks but it's easy to get your head around after a bit of time. Being able to warp between patches is super cool too.
I prefer resampling stuff to making sounds from scratch for pads
What’s the best way to mix a track you simply want to put as a type beat on youtube? Been making beats for 5 years and i HATE mixing

get a reference track and level everything similarly. Volume automation to make room for your drums
then drop a limiter on it

Never thought of that reference track thing for mixing i usually only do it to copy good drum patterns
Will try thx
how important are reference tracks for learning how to mix? And how do you use them in the best way?

1. Very, levels are super subjective but you can learn a lot
2. Voxego SPAN and look at both, lots of YouTube vids about this
