la noire is great, just don't expect a GTA game that's set in the 1940's. it's a slow paced detective game

The game is pretty fun and interesting if you’re into watching stories unfold and solving mysteries n s***. I won’t say that the cases are repetitive, but the way that you go about solving the cases can get a bit repetitive, but not enough to really piss u off cause it still stays fresh by throwing chases and shootouts n stuff into the mix. I played the game for the first time in my life like last year, didn’t finish but now I’m thinking about installing it again on my Series S and finally finishing it

I’m not the best gamer to take advice from, though. I stopped gaming for almost a full decade, and when I finally got back into it in 2020, I found it hard to immerse myself in video games again
