I've had it a few times before where gaming just didn't entertain me, no matter what I played. Usually I play something amazing that gets me out of it. Happened with God of War 2018, recently happened with TLOU. Then I end up playing some basic open world 20 hour+ slog like HZD or Far Cry 5 and I hate gaming again
But lately I feel like I'm just outgrowing it. Feels silly to spend my time mashing buttons and looking at a screen. I could use that time to develop a skill. Don't think I'll still be playing games when I'm 30+

Gameplay’s definitely some big mid. But the story, atmosphere, and soundtrack

I’m not the best gamer to take advice from, though. I stopped gaming for almost a full decade, and when I finally got back into it in 2020, I found it hard to immerse myself in video games again
