Yeah, let’s keep being progressive and act like everything is normal. You can be fat and proud, and have everyone encourage the behavior and pretend like you’re not 12 minutes from a stroke. Let’s pretend like biological born men are women and get the same treatment. Let the trans women compete in women sports and go to the female spas like it all makes sense.

Gender is a social construct, a surgical procedure is not what makes someone trans and identify as a woman. Identifying as a woman is what make someone a woman. And if as a society, we can accept a sperm producing woman as fact, then we should also accept a black woman converting to Judaism, hence making her a Jewish Woman.

I'm probably reaching with trying to justify that part about being "eggless" but interesting enough, the point she's making here is very similar to the overarching points that Chappelle made on the Closer.

In that his critiques about the LGBTQ+ are even about them really, but rather white people.

"If y'all can accept this, why not this?"

It's always about race.

"Trans is a fact, but I can't be Jewish?"

Because there were already rumors they were gay. A black man just has to be masculine and he gets the “he might be on the DL” thoughts. Just weird to me

the very clear intent behind what she's saying is that even if you get SRS that doesn't make you a woman because you weren't born as a woman

also being Jewish can be more than a religion lol it also refers to an ethnic group

Most of the time Azealia Banks be on point once you get past the horrible and god awful delivery in which she says it. (also sometimes she does just go off the rails)

She's very intelligent and very well-read but you can tell there's also a lot of undealt with traumas she got that I'm sure the music industry doesn't help. (plus you can make an argument she definitely dealing with bitterness from the whole industry taking her wave.)

The lack of a filter and just...not knowing how to read a room and not put your point on things that have nothing to do with you (not like the Lil Boosie/Dave Chappelle thing) I'm putting that on the trauma.

we should be focused on black youth killing each other not the feelings of a fringe group being hurt
