Managed to absorb the power in the gith doctor office (nat 20 roll ) when Lae’zel is in the device trying to get it removed, and the guardian mentions that the parasite is more powerful now after she overloads it.

Not noticing anything different though, does it boost the stats of my illithid powers or something?

Not sure if Leyzell can get it too but if you sit in it you can get the permanent awaked buff that lets you do all illithid powers as bonus action

Oooh boy, thought I had softlocked myself because I accidentally quicksaved right before fighting the Gith Inquisitor (on Honor mode, so I couldn’t reload any other save), couldn’t clap his ass no matter what I did.

Finally said f*** it, put everything into killing the lackeys, than had Lae'zel (who was the last person standing) drink an invisibility potion and run out the room, past the ambushers, fast traveled back to camp, and then had Withers resurrect everyone, went back, killed the ambushers, long rested, then bullied his ass.

the thing is i haven’t ran into any bugs or anything but today i did

ahh that sucks.

Game shouldnt crash. Can only recommend obsessively qucksaving.
Atleast on PC they added now that you can bascially quicksave whenever even in combat in dialogue maybe that can avoid such situations

see i was so close to saving during the second go around during the fight but i didn’t know if you could

and yeah when i played on my computer it never crashed but oh well hopefully this gets fixed

i actually prefer controller once you get used to it and configure the wheels like you need

Apparently if you cast Silence during the Raphael boss fight his singing will be cut off as well?

Almost done with underdark except for this gymforge area and then I need to wrap up whatever is going on at this creche, this game completely has its hooks in me

going super basic this time as a vengeance paladin with karlach/shadowheart/gale but I already can’t wait to try new builds, just heard about this dark urge story and that’s 100% gonna be my next run. what a f***ing experience so far, wow

other than today it crashing twice i really enjoy it on xbox more than pc
