He’s not. If we are talking straight up raw skill and ability Lupe & Andre are 2 of the most effortless rappers that ever lived imo and I could see both replicating what Jay does relativity speaking because well, they’ve already have to some degree in various ways but I can’t see Jay necessarily making a song like Failure by Lupe Fiasco for example or going through the like 7 different cadences Andre does on a single verse like Da Art Of Storytellin. Jay is more of a poet to me. I mean, they all are but Jay is poetic and vivid in his language in a very unique and special way and that’s what makes him great but I definitely think better overall talents exist.
