Eh I wouldn’t say all that. From what I remember from the stories is that the main issue was BIG was portraying himself as this mob boss and when it comes to Pac getting shot he expected BIG to be the boss he claims to be and set up a sit down with Pac and whoever did it and hash things out.

Example: RZA or a Wu-Tang affiliate got their chained snatched at a Death Row club and Pac went to grab it and gave it back and in a gist was like “are yall gonna fight or we good?”

But to be real Pac was stubborn in general and the shooting made him paranoid and suicidal . so he was off the rails which makes sense why Big kept his distance after all that & why Pac antics was teaching him a “lesson” even though he didn’t really know want him to get hurt

Honestly if Puff and Suge were absent from all this those two would of made up
