yeah this is a sweet film not what i actually expected, it's so character driven and examines lloyd much more than i thought it would.
i expected nothing but a buncha fast paced gags like his two reelers

You're gonna be steadily impressed by his attention to character development and narrative progression as well as relentless gags only underestimated him for a minute before I realized the holy trinity is Keaton/Chaplin/Lloyd for a reason
