Nah it was just the Italians and the French and it's expected from the Italians. Apparently there was some confusion because the Olympic salute is pretty much the same as the Nazi one, but only two countries threw it up at the opening ceremony when the Fuhrer was observing from on high

Of those 50 nations, 37 exhibited neither the Olympic nor Nazi Salute, nine nations exhibited the Olympic Salute (Greece, Bulgaria, Colombia, Estonia, France, Canada, Monaco, Peru and Hungary in marching order), while four nations performed the Nazi salute (Afghanistan, Italy, Austria and Germany in marching order).
