Gonna be honest, this might be my least favorite one. It’s not hot and it has an extremely distinct taste to it that does not blend well with a lot of foods. If you’re not putting it on something bland (like eggs), then you risk ruining the dish by adding it.

I also hate when I go to a brunch spot and I see this on the table instead of something unique.

I really like this on Raising Canes and greasy American foods in general. But the flavor is a bit too one note for it to have a variety of uses.

Of the hot sauce starter pack (Franks, Siracha, Tabasco, Cholulu, Tapitio) though, it’s prob my fav.

Just spicy enough where you get a lil kick so its not flavored ketchup

Many use applications straight out the bottle

Not exactly hot sauce but trader Joe's has something called Italian bomba which is crushed and fermented Calabrian chilis. They are delicious and perfect as spread on sandwiches. Also very good for adding spice to tomato sauce
