Movie for once in a generation, no less than a stunning visual and emotional rollar coaster

Tree of Life, Phantom Thread, and Green Room are my favs but I’ve neglected a lot of non-English stuff. A Separation is very good from what I’ve seen

My faves of the decade:

All of the films listed are chosen from ones I've rated between 4.5 and 5 stars on LB. I was gonna add more tiers to include the 4 star films (and a few 4.5s I didn't choose), but felt like 3 top tiers was enough as it is. There's just so many other films that are definitely worth mentioning but didn't make these top 3 tiers. Lots of excellent stuff got left out unfortunately.
