If not the states as a black person big cities around the world are always nice, toronto, paris, barcelona, etc. but again those places are expensive. I think Central and South America might actual be the best places to retire as a poc or if you have lots of money to spend the rest of your days there. I think in practically all countries you can find a nice spot to live your life if you just respect the customs of the locals and do as they do. If they party, come out to party ever once in a while.If they are ultra conservatives, make sure you make it to sunday school? Can't be too hard unless the discrimination is very bad. And I know as black folks and coloured people in general, we put good vibes above all.

It’s dope I was just out there last weekend and been a few times. I’ve known mad people who went to the unis out there as well. It’s a nice, clean city in the south that isn’t too big and seems to have a good mix of people. I’d check it out as I’ve always had a good time there
