better than SF Sorrow tbqh
better than SF Sorrow tbqh
Some amazing highlights but I don't know about that
been listening to Sorrow for so long that Parachute gonna need a long ass time to match the nostalgia
Straddles the fence between psych and classic rock really nice
Wish the band that made this had an album of this quality.

!https://youtube.com/watch?v=h9CqJ8iAvBI&feature=shareYeah that's one of my all time nuggets but I was saving it for 1969
thats ok
no other album sounds like it. not a masterpiece for me but their 60s streak was all solid
only other highlight from it

plus just realized Nights In White Satin had a nice b-side

nah tuesday afternoon is a clear career highlight too
days of future passed is an all-time great record
at least you didn't call it rock and roll
Heard that b-side?
yeah i think its a minor classic among fans of theirs
i always forget this non album 1967 single exists

at least you didn't call it rock and roll
the edits I made so I can listen to strictly the non-orchestral parts when i want to hear the songs themselves
(along with the single mixes of tuesday afternoon and nights in white satin)
at least you didn't call it rock and roll
You ever listened to the Alan Bown?
Don't think so
They’re pretty nice. They had an album in 67. They have a pretty cool All Along The Watchtower cover but the rest of the album has some catchy ass gems. Found out about them when looking up stuff about The Zombies. The lead singer was hyping them and the Bee Gee’s up at the time.

Post a highlight sir
not bad
and they did this before hendrix

I think their take on it is interesting. Drums on that slap, but I love the drums on the whole album.

seems possible they influenced Hendrix tbh cause the phrasing is more like his than Dylans
Also really love how this one progresses

That’s interesting. What year did Hendrix’s drop.
