I remember lovingnReturn of 4eva. After being a big fan of wuz here, I remember I actually had text notifications for Krits tweets, this was really early Twitter. Just waiting on that s***. Loved it

But when I revisited return recently, it made me remember how so many rappers used to just rap about being rappers back then. It’s still a good project but the whole “day in the life of a rapper” “I’m just tryna get bigger” “they hating” themes really made it a bit of a slog. Idk if that aged the best

Maybe then but unfortunately 2014 happened, krit was so big though, he outrapped everybody on that 1train cut and he was doing it his way, which ultimately killed his hype
