18 is high school
19 is barely out of high school.

There is a huge issue between the maturity of these ages. Someone who is 22/23 should know better to go after people their own age.

I graduated high school at 17 and so did some people I know, and college doesn't really have a set age because many people will take a 1/2 gap year
