It's important for people remove themselves mentally from the pseudo-scientific idea of race created in the 15th-17th Centuries. At one point southern and eastern Europeans weren't even considered white and immigrants had to attain that status through the proving of behaviour and the attainment of wealth. This race = skin colour concept was about empire building and profit making as well elitism/classicism which gives you access to social and economic advantages/opportunities. Within that idea your skin colour determines how human you are and your capabilities but in reality that s*** ain't true, it's hard cos you have to deal with other peoples attitudes towards "race" and how they weaponize that but most of those people are mediocre and with the way the world is heading that s*** ain't gonna stand anymore. Feel free to feel good about yourself and what you're capable of, as humans we're part metaphysical in nature so your potential for accomplishment is very large - just requires a lot of work and openness to learning.

If you have African lineage you are from the most genetically diverse place on the planet. Look into the different species of humans on the planet and how modern humans are a mix of those. Multiple migrations out of and back into Africa. We're learning that different populations on the planet have different percentages of DNA from these different ancient human species e.g. Asians/Denisovans, Yoruba/Homo heidelbergensis. There's a rich history with that right there and we ain't really scratching the surface.

Also we're discovering old ruins in the Sahara and, like the old Maya ruins they discovered in Guatemala, I have a feeling there's mad old ruins that were reclaimed by nature in different African countries. There's a theory floating round that at some point there was some sort of cataclysm 10-15000 years ago that changed the Sahara from a lush green environment into the desert we see today. Might be tied to the crater they found in Greenland but I don't know. Look into the things people are finding in Mauritania. With that in mind I've been thinking that whatever this event was set a lot of populations back to complete basics. Don't know if the timelines match up at all but I do believe there have multiple dark ages in Africa e.g. Nok culture disappearing. I think there's also some interesting things to be looked at with the Igbo bronzes and the trade routes that existed between there and a lot of other parts of Africa pre-colonialism.
