you have dandruff or dry scalp? depends
Dry scalp. But the black castor oil had been working. Not itching any more just a lil dry

Maybe try aloe vera juice to moisturize your scalp before putting on the oil.
ive had ingrown hairs in the back of my head for almost a decade now. wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy
how does that happen
how does that happen
around 2012 i was growing my hair out for dreads in the future. meanwhile tiny ingrown hairs were growing in the back of my head. i thought it was a rash or something. but it never went away. my dermatologist gave me some creams to prevent it from getting worse but even she said its never gonna go away. so im stuck with it
I’m starting freeforms today bois. Tips? I have 4c hair.
I got curls but they so tight how do I loosen them up and get the singular long curls rather than the tight curls
(hair long)
How much yall pay to get your hair twisted/retwisted

i think conditioning is key here, i’ve tried two different cantu products but they dried out my hair a lot
still looking for a good one myself
Trying to get these curls popping but my hair isn't long enough
cut some of my hair off switching from a blowout to a drop fade and my dreads are now ELITE

Best hair type for freeforms tbh, you really don't have to do much beyond moisturising and weekly maintenance with a curl sponge/microfibre towel

Can’t believe it’s been 2 weeks already
Moisturizing daily? Like, with a leave in conditioner, or is there a better option?
Thanks by the way

Idk about daily, you'll have to judge how often for yourself but be sure to use products that are light when moisturising as it will leave build up and gunk in your hair that will be hard to get rid of as time goes by. So no castor oil unless you cut it with another oil like coconut oil, also a lot of leave in conditioners are very heavy too but for me shea moisture is fairly light. If you're gonna use leave ins and oil together I'd moisturise once a week after washing and you can use this to touch up your hair and give it some sheen during the week

started washing/detangling with cold water in the shower recently and it's done wonders

as a full freeform nigga i do not advocate the use of sponges or towels for twisting locs, just let them s***s grow
