Idk it's fine it just looks like he don't take care of it fr, him and I have very similar hair textures but I separated a lot more of mine

i don't finger pick s*** i literally just rip them apart

Nah, never shaved the sides. Twisted them mid 2016, cut all the dreads shorter early 2020, dyed them late 2020 and then cut them off a few months ago

lowkey think they should be longer tho, been growing my hair out since ~end of November 2018 when I picked my waves out. lost a small amount of progress because of a new barber I had went in September but stillstaying patient regardless and enjoying what I have now

3.)Safety Razor (I’m using Merkur 34c with Personna Platinums)
4.) Use Witchhazel Aloe Vera facial toner/aftershaveI do the above and it works pretty good, with and against the grain, no razor bumps.
To be honest I'm really curious to if this works around your balls area for 4c African hair .
