Kybalion is a great starting point, it basically gives you occult truths without baggage and symbolic language

Secret Teachings of All Ages is so comprehensive it could be an encyclopaedia. Also it basically confirms you can sell your soul to demons, but the procedure appears complicated

A lot of times you can get more info from just reading encyclopedias, articles, wikis, etc. than you can reading entire books tbh on this specific topic/category. I wish I would have known that when I first started reading that stuff because it would have saved me significant time
