Just do some light main quest stuff in lookout landing then you get it

Personally I was hoping you got the glider later in this game and you had to figure out sky island traversal without it

Lynel bow shoots 3 bomb arrows when you fuse but actually only uses 1 bomb plant

You get the paraglider on the surface, not in the sky. Just do the first main objective when you reach the ground and you'll get it.

Yep if you use that type of bow with eyeball arrows against gleeoks they're toast
