I would try a different supplement then, not all are the same nor are they all good. Try D3Plus which has Vitamin K, magnesium and boron to synthesize with D3
Yeah I had been looking into calcifediol but there's not much on it on the Internet..
this.
my friend took vitamin d3 supplements without taking vitamin k with it for two years straight and now he’s paraplegic.. can’t move from the neck down. just woke up like that one day. pretty sad tbh.
WTF?
Jesus f***ing christ, how?
that's a copypasta bro
WTF?
I needed a good laugh before bed thanks guys
You think they know s*** lmfao doctors in America are glorified therapists
We have a shortage of doctors because our standards of education are so high. Wrong
i thought i was the only one but yeah it’s true vitamin d3 supplements can be counterproductive for some
Well to clarify, I've already asked my physician and he said he doesn't know but maybe to stick to sunlight
The majority of my experiences with doctors (including specialists) in the last 5-10 years has been legitimately terrible, WebMD level care; everyone around me has echoed this sentiment
I'm speaking as somebody who's currently trying to enter medical school, and with an exceptional transcript, not just a TikTok "aspirer"
Quality of care in America is extremely variable
Do you know what kind of doctor you would eventually like to be?
Also, I'm going to be honest bro, I highly highly doubt that Vitamin D3 supplements are making you feel this way. This is a chemical that is produced naturally in your body, and is also found in many foods. If I were you, I would just take 1000 IU daily, and stick with it.
I would also explore alternative causes to your symptoms (like potentially thyroid related, electrolyte related, cardiac, etc.)
Also, is Adderall a new medication for you? Or did you recently changes doses? Because this also sounds like a side effect of a stimulant like Adderall
i tend to feel better after taking D3. mood levelled.
black folk need more sunlight than lighter skinned, especially in the northern hemisphere. thats why dietary D3 is critical
I thought magnesium is what you're supposed to pair vitamin D with
dont take mag with vitamin d mag is suppose to be taken at night
this.

Bro WHAT
We have a shortage of doctors because our standards of education are so high. Wrong
High barriers to entry do not necessarily mean high standard of education
I haven't but I heard those genome tests aren't super reliable anyways
& yeah many, many people have reported the same side effect profile as me but there's no concrete answer as to why this stuff occurs
I took 5,000 - 10,000 IU last summer for a month and felt full-blown suicidal for the first time in my life lmao
yeah it’s a hormone so def can f*** w u

Also like debt
Do you know what kind of doctor you would eventually like to be?
How did you make that decision?
Currently in first year of our local undergraduate med school programme and people keep asking me what branch would you choose for post graduation lol.
Also I don’t think this thread makes any sense I think op on some placebo s*** rn. Might need shock therapy. That’s my prescription

You likely wont make that decision for a while. I didn’t really know until my third year of medical school, so don’t worry about having something picked out
@str8dollaz the GOAT
Always got KTT when it comes to threads and problems like this
