I wouldn't consider him a legend and I wouldn't consider him amongst the best rappers or rap artists of all time. Not even close

But "up there with the best" is a different conversation and pretty subjective.
I think as a hip hop artist, he's top 40. But I wouldn't consider place him in my top 50 as a straight rapper.
