By absolutely destroying small businesses and further solidifying the amazon/walmart/corporate billionaire empires
By nearly doubling the suicide rate and crippling the mental health of the world's population for years to come
By f***ing over normal everyday people who are going bankrupt, can't pay rent, can't feed their kids because they're not even allowed to work
I could go on
The freak-out over the virus in the beginning was understandable but after finding out there's a 99.8% survival rate, all this other s*** is just plain unnecessary

We are taking big measures and 185,000 in the US people have died. Think of the effect on all of those things you listed if even more people died because we didn’t? The virus unmitigated posing more of a threat even economically is the reason every country in the world is taking such measures lol
