His earlier stuff can get me in the feels for sure
Even more recent stuff like Teenage Fever can f*** me up
21 Savage?
This can’t be life
The closest thing to Michael is his sister.
The next thing after would be Bey.
No...
No...
There will never be another Michael in this lifetime. He was making hits by the time he was 9. We don't even have a musical prodigy out right now.
I'm only saying she's the closest thing to Janet currently.
LMAO of course this turns into a drake circlejerk hate thread
Some of y’all needa go outside man
Drake is closer than Beyonce lol, her music isn't even the biggest pop of her era.
I think that's what a new MJ would have to be. Cos you could argue Prince was a better musician, artist and live performer in the 80s, but nobody dominated like MJ. They have to be the biggest artist.
21 was probably the closest thing in the 2010s to a Thriller moment tbh
Lol surely no one thinks that about Prince on stage.

Nah Chris puts up numbers. Isn’t he one of the biggest selling male R&B artists ever?
yeah i don’t see it happening just because of how that entire family operated. if it did it would be f***ed and there would probably be a lot of backlash earlier towards the parents.
Lol surely no one thinks that about Prince on stage.
people do, but you're probably in that part of the MJ fanbase that thinks he surpassed every live performer ever to live including James Brown lol.
I don't expect you to see the greatness and innovation of someone like Prince when he was so close to MJ. His music was more of ahead of its time than MJ's but i think to do that he had to sacrifice some of the pop space to MJ's more mainstream, but still great, vision of pop music.
