everyone of his albums are certified gold or higher except this one i dunno why
Igor had a bit of that but on Cherry Bomb it just felt realer and hungrier, i don’t want to go too far but CB gives me some of the same feelings as Yeezus
i like cb more than yeezus, not really similar albums to me tho
Some of the best songs of his career on here but overall it ain’t all that and has a pedo song so idk if it needs to be talked about much anymore

It doesnt have any big songs
All his other albums do
Cherry Bomb is the most important album in Tyler’s discography. It opened the door for all the albums that have come after it

Definitely, both acting on creative impulses in the best way possible
Great album
Cult classic
I wouldn't give it a full classic status
I liked it since day one, unlike you sheeple

Timing is great considering CMIYGL Deluxe, Wolf Instrumentals, and possibly no new Tyler album in 2023

Yeah its getting to the point where it isnt really overlooked anymore its just some people like it and some people don’t lol
It's still his best album to me, it has the angst of B****** / Goblin with the step up in production that Wolf had
Best way to describe it. It was the transitional project from OFWGKTA to solo Tyler. May not have the perfect production value present in SFB and beyond, but its got a certain coming-of-age, erratic charm to it that the others just don’t - and that’s what makes it “breathe” to me.

horse been beat to death at this point

On ktt yes but irl I feel nobody even mentions this album when talking about Tyler, it’s def overlooked when not on the internet
It’s really right in between the shift in his fanbase

Ironically, I think it’s the album Tyler himself seems to bring up the most - usually with distaste, unfortunately. It kills me that he doesn’t like that album, and even more that he changed the album cover to pissy pants cigarettes…

He always bigs this album up from what I’ve seen, he’s just talked about the reception being negative. He called it his favorite album at one point
i've been listening 2 this album constantly lately
literally his best tracklist ever imo
wouldn't say it's overlooked tho a lot of tyler fans overcompensated cuz of the hate. that being said it's easily my fav tyler album nowadays

Tyler loves Cherry Bomb
He just knows that was a low point in his career and a lot of his fans didn’t like it but he said he liked it more than Flower Boy.
