in the abrahamic religions there is a massive prohibition (in theory) against idolatry, its one of the commandments you are not ever supposed to represent God. christianity takes this the least serious. why? interlopers?

Nobody is saying the church is God Himself. I am saying a church exists for a communal worship and love of Him and His word (the Bible). Not to talk about climate change and gun violence
