I didn't care about any of those characters. I just found them entertaining. There isn't really anything about these characters that makes them emotionally resonant.

lol i love stirring the pot it's the best really. but yea, i f***s with so many of his movies, mean streets, goodfellas, taxi driver, all really good. But many of his other endeavors get passes by critics even though they aren't all that great. Raging Bull, Casino, Shutter Island, Wolf of Wall Street, Cape Fear, all different levels of overrated by critics.

Raging Bull's the best sports film in American Cinema, while Wolf of Wall Street's already cemented itself as a hood classic

WOWS is comedy of the decade by far
Shutter Island is an amazing mystery film with great use of editing and atmosphere to remain consistent with its twist ending and one of the best ending lines of the century
