I mean it’ll have plenty of taste if the beans are good....
For me must haves are:
Iced Red Eye
Sparkling Americano
Espresso
Gibraltar

whats the black coffee drink then? Just black coffee?

First three are essentially all varieties of black coffee
Red eye is a black coffee with an added espresso shot
Sparking Americano is Pellegrino with a shot of espresso (when I order this after a meal, I’ll have them add some vanilla to make it a dessert drink)
Espresso is black

Pour overs and regular drip are also straight black coffee however I’m not too keen on hot beverages I can make at home
Pour overs can be great though if you really want to dissect the notes of a particular roast

all these coffee terms idk what they mean
Just order a regular black coffee at a local joint
If you dont like it add some cream and/or sugar
Pour overs are the best if the place has quality beans, knows proper ratios, and uses decent technique.. man, getting an Ethiopian bean and it comes out tasting like a fruit bomb - amazing

A good pour over or drip requires a good grinder, good technique, the right temperature of water, reliable tools and fresh beans of your taste though. A good coffee shop is convenient until someone can afford the setup.
Got my first Espresso Machine. Just a heads up, buy a grinder and just do it yourself. I tried to be lazy and but what the coffee seller thought was a grind for espresso and it was way too fine.
But now my setup is perfect. Amazing lattes get made on a daily.

What is your point here.
Alright, besides the snobbish OP, what are y'alls setups?
Hario everything: plastic v60, glass carafe, hand grinder, scale, and gooseneck stainless steel kettle
Can never find myself to appreciate or drink hot drinks minus a pour over tbh. Love the New Orleans from Blue Bottle Although I'll f*** w/ a Gibraltar every once in a while w/ some oat milk as well
