Unless the Supreme Court refers the president immune to any sort of punishment than I don't see how he's escaping every conviction

Honestly, I think Nikki Haley wins 2024.
Trump is so divisive and is literally going to get convicted of at least one of these charges. I know he clearly energized a base but it's not one you would want and he's too much of a dice roll.

Noone was really excited about voting for Biden but the choice was easily him over Trump.

Atp all the Republican party needs to do is run someone who isn't completely batshit insane and isn't trying to sow more poison into the public discourse. That's it. This could be the easiest election of all time for them as long as Nikki just stays semi reasonable.

If they roll the dice with Trump again they get whatever they get. That's with the good and the bad.

Honestly, this Supreme Court is so insanely corrupt, I can’t fathom how any court issues Trump faces prevent him from being the gop nominee and running in the General while Alito and Thomas still suck air

Yes he still has people that will kill for him, but you can't possibly think he's gonna have more voters now than 2020.

Also, the GOP will pick the candidate and they may think it's safer to pick someone who possibly won't be in prison by the time the general election is here?

This was actually a decision pushed for by Colorado Republicans, who wanted to throw Trump off of the ballot.

Four Republican and two unaffiliated voters filed a petition seeking to bar Trump from the 2024 ballot, arguing he engaged in an insurrection on Jan. 6 and the months leading up to it.
