Don't think I've ever thought this about a game before but the HUD looks terrible. Something about the little cross and green/turquoise health bar looks cheap

Yeah all of the hud elements look like first pass . I’ve thought about it a lot game to game because working in games and I give feedback on huds . S*** i often turn off elements of the hud if something bugs my eyes . In this case it more brings me out of the game some . It’s like if all enemies in Alan wake had a health bar .
I hope we get as much dr darling lore in this game as we did in the first, his story is interesting as hell
