Read somewhere that fever is a symptom 70% of the time and coughing is a symptom 60% of the time. Basically despite it being very likely that you'd have 1 of those symptoms, there is still a mathematical chance that you could have neither and still hold the virus. It also takes more than a few days for the virus to show its symptoms. For example Rudy Gobert got mild fever and lack of taste after 8-10 days or so after testing positive for the virus. I'm not saying you necessarily have it, but in the current times, everyone needs to assume they have it and stay away from the most people they can.
