I didn't know PA was on lockdown my boss called me yesterday around 1:30ish saying ill be working wednesdays and thursdays thru apr 30th but gov wolf issued the lockdown 17 hours ago a couple hours after my boss called me i work for a school district doing custodial work, but we don't follow under the "essential" umbrella so is it technically illegal to have us return to work? or is it my bosses call?
