    What’s your major lol

I’m in the same boat, I’ve been applying but no one wants me man

I have a bachelors in business administration and got a masters in accounting in December

Before you ask me why I’m struggling to get a job in the accounting field it’s because I have 0 accounting work experience and no internship

And before you ask me, no I will not settle for an internship at this point. I need a real job to support myself bro

It takes time to build citizenship in every country unless you're rich/have a business.

To move to Canada you need a visa. You can acquire one through a number of ways.

    1. Have a job offer from a Canadian company. This is kinda difficult. You gotta have a reason to get hired instead of hiring someone locally. In demand fields such as IT, Cybersecurity, engineering, etc are more viable, but all companies will want some experience
    2. Marry a Canadian.
    3. Study in Canada.
    4. Working holiday visa, I think it's only valid for a year though, and there are a bunch of restrictions on it

After living in Canada for a couple of years, you can apply for permanent residency (basically the same as an American green card), then a few years after u can apply for citizenship
    get studying I guess

So I gotta marry a Canadian broad birdmanhandrub.gif

Not trynna kill your vibe but you will literally get no jobs with a business administration degree. I got my bachelors in business administration in 2015 at the age of 21 and worked doing sales, front desk clerk at a hotel, and then an assistant manager all in the span of 3 long years

If you wanna move up get your mba or a masters in something else

Businesses admin is a useless major. I learned the hard way my dude

    Get a CCNA

Business degrees without specialization are a dime a dozen

You just have to study and take the test

If you have a degree + CCNA + some Python skills you'll be able to get a job

Everyone is realizing their Network infrastructure is trash rn

Graduated in December with Economics degree and don’t have experience regarding that field. With how the economy is right now, I’m stressing if I’m going to find any decent job anytime soon. Don’t really want to go back to my old job when things start to get better.

Mis? Management information system? Yeah you need a masters for that. I’m assuming you haven’t take enough coding courses and I know you definitely haven’t taken advanced c++ courses so yeah it won’t help you much bro! I mean again I only took intro to mis where we didn’t talk about coding at all so I don’t what mis courses you took

Bro I won’t be surprised if I don’t get anything until September also I live in Illinois which is not a good spot for jobs. I was determined to move to Texas but at this point with what’s going on I have become lazy and just lost all motivation to move miles away

I have just realized it’s all about connections and who you know. Experience doesn’t even matter

The bank manager at my bank has a f***ing hs diploma and got that position cause his uncle had a really high position at the bank and had been working there for 20+ years

Also for me I became a hotel a manger literally within a month cause the owner of the hotel was really good friends with my dad. I had literally no experience and became a manager real quick

It’s all about who you know man

Cool, so study for the CCNA so that you can prove that to employers.

Your degree is in Business Admin/management with a concentration in MIS or is your degree Information Systems? Big difference
