Ya its weird I’m feeling too comfortable rn
Like it’s gotten to the point where I don’t want life to go back to normal cause it’s gonna be so hard to get adjusted
This aint good

yea on one hand all the responsibilties of the real world seems like a lot to deal with & im petrified of what could happen if s*** opens up prematurely
on the other i desperately yearn to cop a coffee from a store n just go shopping and flip through a clothes rack or dance at a club again
im sure these thoughts r nothing new but it simultaneously feels like years since ive done that normal s*** but also like it was just yesterday. also feels like we're either years away or a day away from opening
This girl at work said this s*** is over and doesn’t know why people are scared blah blah blah
She was one of the ones freaking out months ago

My stimulus check just came in.... I feel comfortable af too. I make more off unemployment then I did working. Been stacking money since I can’t spend. I gave up drinking and been losing weight hitting the insanity. Been cooking everyday 2 good meals and no fast food. Been working on self development and decided I’m going to pursue my masters. Also paid off 5 credit cards that were killing me with interest. I was trying to get away from the club scene before quarantine but Friday’s night I would get the urge to go out after seeing chicks getting drunk at the club. I don’t see it anymore and it’s made it a lot easier to just relax at home and focus on self development.
Covid-19 hasn’t been the worst thing in the world.

RIP the next 2-3 years
If we're honest, this s*** will be a mix between scenario 1 and 2

Option 4: there’s no second wave
Option 4: there’s no second wave
That's the really hopeful side for people who don't actually study this stuff, but some scientists have been saying the strain has becoming weaker. Let's hope whoever is playing pandemic 2 is s***
If we're honest, this s*** will be a mix between scenario 1 and 2
We just lost 80k in America alone in about less than 3 months
Japan, with one of the most densely populated cities in the world had around 700 deaths total.
British Columbia Canada has 600 active cases, the state of Alabama has 9700 total. America and the federal government completely s*** the bed with this virus and I won’t be surprised if it continues when things open back up,
Option 4: there’s no second wave
Every major scientist/doctor/epidemiologist/virologist/health organization has said there will be a 2nd wave
There’s going to be a 2nd wave and America will probably get hit 10x harder with Trump still in office

Countries like Japan (but it's strange how good Tokyo is doing when you know how damn densely populated it is there), China, South Korea and Taiwan have their society under control. That's the reason why it will probably not pop up there anymore, unless unnecessary things like the nightclub situation in South Korea happen. Luckily they noticed that in time.
The people in the US, Europe, Australia etc. are already going crazy, going out in masses and demonstrating. Nobody won't be able to stop it for a long time. UK has extended its restrictions until June 1st. I bet nobody in life will stick to it until then. People want to go outside.
Everything is already opening in Germany and people are running to the shopping centers.
Here in my state people already going out in groups and s***. Nobody cares anymore tbh
Anyone who thinks there is no second wave has no clue what a pandemic is. Check out how it was with Spanish flu 100 years ago. They had three big waves and the second one was the worst one with lots of deaths. That's why everyone says we're just in the beginning.

iont know if the second one for corona will be as bad as the spanish flu's relative to its first tho
they had a lot less info/resources than we do
then again, we also have denser cities and suburbs than those in the time of the spanish flu, so maybe a few missteps could really put us in some bad territory in those types of areas given the greater likelihood of social contact capable of spread
depends on the precautions people do/don't take

There will be a second wave, but it's irresponsible to act as if we know what shape it's going to take. Any scientific consensus we have now will look completely different in 4 months. 4 months ago, we knew absolutely nothing about this virus.
Best thing to do is prepare ourselves and get the right people in office to handle the job down the road.
