Sorry im late. Try and do little things that are different every day. Write em down so they are made legitimate. The feeling that progress is being made is the most important part of actually getting the ball moving for me. Idk, Ive found that organizing life on paper has helped me a s*** ton for this. Small goals and a little written self accountability can go a long way if you repeat it. Also if you write it down don't only put things that are "productive" put the fun stuff to.
